The Problem
As Express Wash Concepts evolved from a single-location car wash into a rapidly expanding, multi-state organization with multiple brands, their digital ecosystem had to scale just as quickly. Each new brand and location introduced challenges around maintaining consistent messaging, visual identity, and user experience across websites—while also supporting the operational complexity behind the scenes.
At the same time, EWC required deeper visibility into day-to-day operations. Data was spread across point-of-sale systems and third-party platforms, making it difficult to centralize information, streamline internal workflows, and support a growing number of locations without adding friction or overhead.
The Solution
Mast Interactive partnered with Express Wash Concepts early in their growth and has continued to evolve their digital infrastructure alongside the business. Beginning with a single informational website, Mast now helps support five distinct brand websites, ensuring consistent functionality and scalable site architecture across the entire portfolio.
Beyond public-facing sites, Mast designed and built a fully custom backend intranet from the ground up. This system integrates with multiple POS platforms and third-party APIs, processing thousands of data points daily to centralize operations, support site maintenance, enhance customer service, and provide actionable insights across an ever-growing number of locations. The result is a digital foundation built to support EWC’s continued growth, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
